Invited to Israel as Consultant Chef alongside Celebrity Chef Shipra Khanna for The Indian Culinary Festival, hosted with the Indian Embassy and the Israel Consulate. The programme included a VIP dinner celebrating Indian food at the Sheraton Tel Aviv.

Delivered a masterclass on fine dining Indian cuisine to chefs and students at Dan College in Tel Aviv during the same visit, covering technique, spice handling and plating for an international audience.
